Thinking about it for a few seconds, it makes total sense that this is standardized, was simply something I never considered. Neat showcase and honestly, can see there being a purpose to implementing something like this for video platforms, though it'd likely be better to do so as part of said standard.

Thanks! This idea is really impractical for playing videos, but it's feasible for displaying some animations, or even mini-games.
Is it terrible that my first thought wasn't either of those, but ads?
