Hard to imagine 385TB of games... Even an offline server with that much storage would be prohibitively expensive for most people to even begin thinking about. Let alone backup and have available online.

Definitely not happening. All of the commercial games in the collection are still copyrighted; some are still being sold as remasters/remakes.
