Seems like VSCodium just VSCode. They describe it like this:

For the times I need to use VSCode, I use VSCodium instead. I'm not sure how this recent Copilot issue affects them though.

There are several VSCode based AI editors. I use Trae from Bytedance.
Which of these projects will keep up-to-date with the original VSCode? (e.g. apply user-hostile changes that Microsoft pushes)
