Have you filed a police report? This is a criminal complaint in every state, and some states allow for an injunction against the platform to remove the content. Federal statue also appears to apply.
File a police report as soon as possible. I’d also recommend filing a complaint with your states’ Attorney General if Meta is ignoring the report. Resources below.

Thank you for your comment. we're not in the US and neither is the perpetrator. I'm going to try the take it down FTC page to push Meta to take action. I havent tried a police report because the legal system in my country is a mess
