I'm not trying to do tech support here, I just think it's bizarre that a major research university could just have a broken website for this long. It makes me wonder if they've been ransomwared or something.

I see some site assets are being loaded via HTTP/2, others via HTTP/3, could that be it? Shouldn't be, but at this point, who knows
