the only thing preventing a weapon from being mounted on a drone, is want for a couple of zipties, and a trigger servo.
once you start using such a construct, you will create a demand to aquire means of opposition.
if law enforceent starts using drones, they will prompt a state of affairs making it much more hazardous to be an LEO.
once a drone becomes an "armament" it appears at face value that 2A will mandate a right to bear arms in US jurisdictions.
just how will it be framed? drones currently are considered as aircraft thus FAA has say over who can mount a weapon system on an aircraft.
i forsee the concept of a flying gun being proffered, vs armed aircraft.
