I saw

a lot and
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CURSOR
a little. I didn’t have a 64 though (though I did get a 128 in 1993) and read
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Rainbow_(magazine)
instead.
Micro the 6502 Journal was really good.
Early issues of BYTE are quite informative
Early COMPUTE! were also a bit more technical
Creative Computing kinda varied a lot but had some great bits in it.
I remember the Amiga Transactor. It was way more technical than most magazines of the time.
